Thanks Van but theres a section called "subsequent events". And in it we can see that about $700,000 was handed over before Sept 30th and the rest of the $6,000,000 was handed over after Sept 30th but before yesterday. That would be the companies first quarter of operations. So the damage is already done.

Saying that there sure is lots of bids willing to buy this thing. So someone doesn't mind that news.
