Not sure if this is related to the $6 million, but this is from the latest MD&A from NZZ (also as of September 30 2009):

"Presently, the Corporation has successfully negotiated an arrangement with Inspiration to accept the Corporation’s securities in lieu of cash for the purchase of the Jasper Property."

What you have to ask yourself is that this latest MD&A is only to Sepember 30 2009. What else has been going on in the last 3 months that the company is not disclosing with updates?
