It's a funny thing, because everytime we see the quarterly we have to pour through it word by word to find out what news worthy events have occurred. The best example being when the company just happened to acquire a large parcel of land known as Desrosiers. Yet if you read this timely disclosure policy you would think an acquisition like that would require immediate disclosure?

Maybe its a subjective thing and it's the company who ultimately gets to decide what is or isn't material, what will or won't be a detriment to the value of shares etc. LOL

Maybe thats what differentiates the various CEO's and presidents of such companies. Some like promotion and some don't. Introverts or extroverts? Those who play well at the activity center and those who don't?
