"anticipate completion by mid December" for you means Dec 15th and today's date Dec 21 means we are already at the "END of December"? Give me a break.

I have already laid out what I understand. I have re-read the NR and reposted for your sake. Ultimately my comfort lies in what's in the ground and what Micon will produce for us in the very near term. The fact that this is a Micon led effort should provide big piece of mind if you doubt the leadership.
