EBF,

Where did this Dec 15th date come from because I can not find it anywhere. All I have read is that ISM is expecting delivery of the report from Micon around mid Dec. Not only is there no date, there is no mention of when it will be relesed. I am sure ISM will take some time to examine ever aspect that is written before releasing it to the public. My guess is we will be well into 2010 before we get to see it.
