My guess, which is weaker than an "assumption", is the same as it has been for a long time. ISM is biding time until the market price for Ni is improved, lest they get bought out prematurely. I am not saying that they have the reports and are not releasing them, but I think they have strategically dragged their heals on producing them.

That is why I guess that the Micon report will not be produced until next spring at the earliest.
