It looks to me most people expect Langmuir to be sold off to a major player. Whereas this is certainly a higher possibility, it’s not the only one. Liberty, a small mining company owned by the Chinese, surrounds ISM, and they have a mill. I think its capacity is somewhere around 2000 t/d which may handle L1 but not the expected volume from L2 North zone. It would surprise me if the Chinese were not kicking the tires, it just makes sense.
And what about other small to mid tier miners? Maybe a partnership deal could be done; Langmuir goes into production and sends the ore to Kidd Creek. Maybe ISM with a mining partner could build their own mill! Who knows?
Just some thoughts to let you know there is more than one way to skin a cat so let’s not get tunnel vision.
