Smells like NCIB buying. Strong bids and sellers walking into the trap is a sign. NCIB buying can't hit the ask and chase the stock up. Overall its nice to see the company take some stock off the table. Talk about "friendly hands".

The selling from Weisel, well if its short selling, someone is playing a dangerous game. Lets just say its a good think there are no longer any debtors prisons.
