Nothing positive since that June spike to .96
Since then there's been a selloff of sorts as the MACD drifts downward and to the negative ever since. One exception being the secondary spike and bounce after the 96 cent spike had done it's retracement wave. The stock then had another jump to .88. After that the trend downwards continues as sellers outweigh buyers and the story is always the same, off the radar in investment circles....."ummm ISM yeah, ummmmm they do what again?"......Wow,, trades in Toronto you say??

The only positive on this chart is that the stock is near the buy territory. Oversold to a degree and awaiting a turn upwards with a positive break out or divergence one day (LOL). Hardly a selling point lately if one was to use the buy high sell low rule of thumb to reap profits. More likely a buy low time for those who can't figure that out.

Here is the same chart using Accumulation / Distribution as the middle indicator in place of MACD and you will see there has been an exodus(distribution) since that June 12 period. Selling outweighing buying.
1) Typical summer action? Yes, look at last summer and especially after the 08 AGM the stock halved in the following weeks.
2) Someone knows something? No, it's too slow and gradual to be bad news that is big and detrimental.
3) Someone knows it's summer? A big yes. Someone either is moving on and has given up on this investment vehicle, or someone knows there is nothing on the burner here, thats my gut feeling. Despite Nickel doubling since March/April, ISM bucks that crosslinkage totally even as an explorer.
Most know this stock will pivot on the pending 43-101 and or a buyout/JV with a major. I suggest if and when there is something good or bad on the horizon we will all know it in these charts right away. Technicals reveal the fundamentals well ahead.
I would think that after Labor day with summer behind us and Nickel near 11 month highs, ISM will start to uptick naturally on it's own. IMHO
