"After reviewing the attributes of the property, the author is of the opinion that the Langmuir property is an “Advanced Exploration Property”. The property has substantial geological merit by virtue of the presence of inferred resources, a record of past production and numerous other indicators of potential mineralization."
"The drilling was mainly to fill gaps in the drill pattern and was successful in sampling the sulphide deposit between previous holes. The drilling also indicated the continuation of the large volume of net-textured and disseminated sulphide mineralization within the North Zone."
"Fold patterns on the property are dominated by northeast-trending anticline / syncline pairs, with steep to vertical, and possibly overturned limbs. However, the locations of the fold axes are poorly constrained, due to a paucity of rock exposures in critical areas. Detailed mapping and interpretation indicates that both the Langmuir #1 and #2 deposits occur at the same stratigraphic position on opposite limbs of an anticline / syncline pair (Keast, 1998). This implies that the favourable stratigraphy is repeated at three or four locations on the property. Thus exploration focused along the strike of the favourable stratigraphic horizon, both in a horizontal and a vertical sense could discover additional Ni-Cu-(PGE) mineralization."
