Whale, I don't think the NCIB has much effect anymore. With the restrictions in place its not like they can buy at market. It helps to establish a floor but that's it. Let's hope they don't need it any further. In regards to the GCR news today, I like their idea of a nickel camp being established in the Shaw Dome.
