Definitely have to take into account the market sentiment, especially in the base metal and resource/commodity sectors. Again there is the somewhat ISM crosslinked price of Nickel which we seemed disconnected from only last March. Note that despite the turn around you can see on the first two charts, ISM stayed in a lull since Feb which I call the 50 cent groove. June seems to be another animal.
