It's interesting as this was a decent day for ISM it almost saw a 1/4 million shares and it was up considerably. But for me I see no one big buyer. I see many mom and pop trades and quite likely it's momo that has kicked in, as the fencesitters who are carefully and closely watching for any sign of possible news buy in and chase the SP.

The same possibles have sat out May waiting for any sign on the infamous trio of reports. We have endured major selling by Canaccord which is likely near a million shares for May and possibly some of June. Combine the fact that this recent buying was not being pounded by any major numbers hitting the bids and we saw upticks. Note Canaccord is practically absent from the sell side.

Whether this is to be seen as informed buying or not is yet to see, I think it was wafflers jumping in on a possible move early, should there be an announcement next week. The fact that there's so many buyers says so.

Penson even was on the buy for a small chunk of about 25k or so, made me think of the NCIB thats supposed to be in place. Imagine if there were shananigans to use the NCIB to run the stock up for some reason? Thats in the back of my mind too. In the face of Canaccord selling absence it would be easy to do.

1) We still don't actually have a dewatering permit/request/proposal submitted despite whatever that last NR described in a convoluted fashion. Trust me I check that ministry site daily!!

2) we await word on the Jasper cast off from 2 years ago

3) we await the results of SGS Metallurgical work from a year ago

4) we await the one or two phases of the year long Micon efforts (43-101) as well.

5) Apparently they have drilled on Douglas and Cleaver, we await some of those assays/results too.

6) I get the feeling that with so much of the pending work out of any ISM employees hands, that they might as well have taken a big holiday and closed up the office.

Man oh man, it's June, it's going to be summer when the folks sell in may and go away, if it's all about timing we may not see the reports until Fall?
