Yes sir, now there's 124.5K for sale between .55 and .61

It isn't going anywhere fast. Buyer's are simply waiting to be hit and that's not happening either. About 9 or 10 days left in May and who would have thought we would still be waiting POSSIBLY into the summer of 2009 for things to happen that were announced back in 2007 and 2008.
