I figure your dewatering will be well on the way to progressing when ISM produces a PR saying they have some kind of MOU with the natives. Then you guys will really know you are truely in business and results will be forth coming. I just think that because the biggest block in the permitting process is really getting the agreements in place. The paperwork is much easier to follow!
