Nitinat Minerals Corporation: Receipt for (Final) Long Form Prospectus

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 4, 2009) - Nitinat Minerals Corporation (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has received a receipt dated April 29, 2009 from the Ontario Securities Commission for its (final) long form prospectus dated April 28, 2009 (the "Prospectus") in connection with its initial public offering. The Prospectus has been filed under Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System in British Columbia and Alberta, and a receipt for the Prospectus is deemed to be issued by the regulator in each of those jurisdictions (if the conditions of the instrument have been satisfied). Closing of the initial public offering of the Corporation is expected to occur at the end of May, 2009.
