OOP's Revision ?

I just glanced over the revised A.I.F. A little while back, Whaler posted a quote out of the old A.I.F. and Tantallon jumped in to confirm what ISM could do with Open Pitting the L-2. There has been concern brought up in past about possible boundary issues that could affect ISM’s ability to extract part of their ore body. Whaler and Tantallon both came across in their posts that the statement below by ISM cleared this issue up once and for all.

The quote below from the old A.I.F. has now been deleted in the revised addition:

“With the current land position and boundaries, the mineralization identified in the North Zone could be accessed by open pit to a depth of 200 meter with deeper mineralization accessed by ramp”

Does this now mean ISM cannot open pit as they said in the old A.I.F. within their boundaries to a depth of 200 meters?

There needs to be better clarification from the company for shareholders and other potential investors, than just deleting statements like above without explanation. In my opinion, either ISM can open pit to 200 meters on this claim to get at the ore body or they can’t. Boundary concerns were brought up long ago and the Drillbits, Whalers, Tantallons, etc, all said this was not an issue anymore.

In my opinion, if it is not an issue, then the company should have no problems in clarifying the above statement immediately.
