Whackjob9000,

As I said before, if you suspect manipulation, phone the securities commission. They are all ears and will act to some degree of investigation. As for the algorithmic trading, it is there for your benefit. Someone wants out/ in with a large volume order and will do so in small pieces to remain within the price range they want out/in. Would you rather they dumped/accumulated all at once and destroy the share price?
