No, I have no problem with it. In some instances companies opt out when initial drilling doesn't meet a companies expectations. Why chase poor results with good money. All I was pointing out is that Cleaver and Douglas are not owned by ISM until the agreement conditions are met. Tantallon's source that the agreement has been met will clarify ownership.

ps whaler - that 3rd ore body was mentioned in previous MD&A's pretty much verbatim to the latest. Is it the Langmuir South area that they drilled recently? Seeems to be the only logical location.
