I kinda look at it this way; somebody tells me they are going to do something for me and they reassure me they are going to do it. Time passes and they still haven't done it. Now, they might not be able to do it.

No it's not a "big deal" but don't make "promises"( for lack of a better term) that you can't carry out.

That on top of the chance in this economy of things not coming to fruition, good grief.
