I tried to post this answer to you re: Penson at SH but apparently it has "found profane words" so it would not allow me to post. I am therefore posting it here

Nickel I would say it's not the big deal you are trying to imply. (32K in three trades) Considering they bought their last lot at 11:55 am, the rest of the day was in the hands of many other buyers of mixed houses. I guess Penson went for lunch and never made it back to save the day from the evil do'ers aka Anonymous. In fact we did not too bad on the end of the day.
Daily volume was decent.
