Welcome To The Inspiration Mining HUB On AGORACOM

The company is exploring for nickel deposits on its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario; for nickel-gold-copper on its Cleaver and Douglas properties; and for molybdenum and rare earth elements at recently acquired Desrosiers property.

Message: 6 More NCIB trades reported

Just a rambling thought, the NCIB has been in effect about 4 months now ( 1/3 of a year) and they have bought less than 500,000 shares (a count off the top of my head). In that time, we have seen new yr lows occur, so one would think that if they were being prudent with company money, that would be the time to be buying shares. Get that 10% and use the least funds to do so?

If they are truly trying to buy back that 10% of the shares ( 6 million or so) when do they plan to do so. "May purchase" are the key words I guess.

"The Corporation has 67,925,270 common shares issued and outstanding as of October 22, 2008. The Notice provides that under the Bid, the Corporation may purchase up to 6,439,314 common shares, being 10% of the public float. The Notice further provides that, subject to the Corporation's ability to make "block" purchases through the facilities of the TSX in accordance with the TSX rules, the aggregate number of common shares that the Corporation may purchase during any trading day will not exceed 16,315 shares, being 25% of the average daily trading volume of the shares based on their trading volume on the TSX for the most recently completed six calendar months preceding the date of the Notice.

The Bid will begin on October 29, 2008 and will terminate on the earlier of October 28, 2009 or such date as the Corporation may complete its permitted purchases under the normal course issuer bid."

So I would assume that it's a safe bet that one day, before Oct 09, we might see the results of Micon's and Geotech's commissioning? Would the value of our shares be higher after that or not? Are we going to be trying to buy shares back when they are possibly much higher than today?

At the time that the NCIB was announced, we had been trading anywhere between $1.00 and .80

Today we stare 50 cents in the face.

"The Board of Directors of the Corporation believes that the current market price of the Corporation's common shares does not properly reflect the underlying value of the Corporation, and that, accordingly, the purchase of its common shares is appropriate and in the best interests of the Corporation and its stakeholders.
