Just thought you would like to know some history on the president of Nitinat.

"Mr. Isaacs was a director and officer of Canadian Baldwin Holdings Limited when the Ontario Securities Commission issued a cease trade order against the company in 2003 for failure to file financial statements. The issuance of the cease trade order was not know to the company as the notification was sent to a previous address of the person responsible for the company's filing. Upon learning of the cease trade order, the company notified the Ontario Securities Commission that it was unaware of the order and the cease trade order was subsequently revoked." - PRELIMINARY PROSPECTUS - SEDAR
