There is no relation between the ISM website and the Nitinat "coming soon" website. Remember these are now two soon to be separate companies. As for ISM have a look at what they pay for their website ona quarterly basis, when you finish laughing your head off you will see where the priorities obviously lie

When I talked to the guys at Nitinat about the webiste being down it was simply a server issue. Nothing else can be read into that.
