What is included in your links that I hadn’t made clear in my message? Your links basically confirm what I have been saying.

Why don’t you just be straight and give your opinion what you think is wrong with what I have said, and whether you think ISM had to spend $9 million before December 31st or possibly lose what they did not spend. All the insinuation about “instillers of doubt” or trying to bring Micon into the picture on flow thru shortcomings looks like your dodging the issue. Either be specific about what you disagree with, or admit you don’t understand it.
