Beer,

It seems to me that some of that was written a while ago but just released now. Specifically, I mean the reference to late 2008 and the 1st quarter of 2008-2009.

Also, if there was no press release, is it ok to issue shares without announcing with a public release? I would think not, but do not know for sure

I haven't read it, so nothing to add, but I apperciate your work.
