Yes, I would think that they are red because they are essentially being taken our of circulation. Another thing I find interesting is that their daily buying seemed to stop way back in November (17th). We see the filing is dated yesterday and should reflect all buying to date. I had suspected that they NCIB would make for a nice cushion if there was heavy tax loss selling in the month of December, yet we see no buying inot December?
