I would agree as well with the net effect of the NCIB on share prices. After all it's a buyer sitting out in the wind isn't it.

The Jasper spin off is such a weird thing for me to get my mind around. Just when was the deal signed and sealed? How does that relate to pricing or is it simply a matter of the price at the time that was agreed upon and here's x amount of shares for it.

I have read the NR over and over and still don't really fully understand when it should be a done deal and we should all have x amount of nitinat share in our mitts. Are we still awaiting some more approvals? I see Nitinat has done their filings at Sedar.
