Whaler,

You have access to level II no? Any large blocks on the bid/ask that are Penson? Maybe that will reveal their strategy. Try and remember you are dealing with a mining sector company where the pace of progress is usually quite a bit slower than that anticipated by the shareholder. News will be released when the company is obliged to meet the requirements of the securities commissions.
