TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 24, 2006) - Inspiration Mining Corporation (the "Corporation")(TSX VENTURE:ISM)(FRANKFURT:OI8) is pleased to announce that it has renewed its investors' relations agreement with Gale Capital Corporation ("Gale"), a Vancouver-based company specializing in corporate finance and communications.

The agreement between the Corporation and Gale (the "IR Agreement") is for a period of two (2) years. Gale is a full and comprehensive provider of corporate finance and investor relations services, and will assist the Corporation in fostering productive, continuing dialogues with analysts, brokers, investors and other financial professionals.

Randy Miller, President of the Corporation stated: "We are pleased to continue the partnership with Gale. Gale has demonstrated that it has the experience and expertise to ensure that our story is communicated widely and accurately and has demonstrated the ability to employ a wide ranging and proactive communications strategy in a competitive marketplace."

Gale will receive a monthly retainer of $7,000 during the term of the IR Agreement, for an aggregate consideration of $84,000 per year. The Corporation will also issue as compensation, an option to purchase 250,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.81 with an expiry date of 24 months from the date of this release. The options granted will vest in accordance with applicable regulations.

Inspiration Mining

The Corporation is a public junior mining company exploring for polymetallic, massive sulphide deposits on its Jasper property on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and nickel deposits on its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario, as well as gold-copper on the Barton Syndicate Dry Fork property ("Dry Fork") in Utah.

The IR Agreement is subject to review and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
