two article both saying the same thing but referring to different causes.

One says 9 yr, highs for stockpiles (July99)and lower demand. The other says the recent Lehman meltdown and market uncertainty will sharply affect economies an this despite going into the traditional demand season for the like. Chinas demand has lessened
