Niclels comments about the 2 low offers(while of course ignoring all higher)is so lame and a-typical ,along with his constant rant about his dead horse ...it's just making for a tiresome and very fast read.I thought that he was done with this tact,but i guess not...Whatever winds his clock I Guess!Can't wait for the reports to come out....should be Good!!
