There are plenty of 10K sell populating the page in SINGLE orders. Obviously an entity wishing to keep the stock where it is while they likely accumulate at these sun 2 dollar levels (IMHO)

Highlighted orders are Aug 28 and the big 25K used to be 45K and it is placed each day fresh

As of the time of this writing here it is:
