Let me state a few things before everyone goes flying off the handle and/or this post gets deleted by the Hub leaders. I think what is missing on this board is that there seems to be no room for two way discussion. What I state here is my opinion and welcome discussion.
I do not own any ISM nor LBE so don't play that "another LBE basher" card. I did own LBE but sold some over the $4.00 mark and the rest at a loss. I have followed ISM as long as LBE but still see too many red flags popping up in my DD to invest (i.e. still no dewatering permit). So here goes, and please don't dismiss this as a bashing but as discussion, something we can all benefit by.
I think you have to clarify a few things. You state:
"Try not to worry yourself too much about our production costs. This ore body has a huge shallow viable open pit mine potential that the big guys have seen and are just waiting for the reports."
1. How do you know it’s viable? Where did you get this information? Is that not what the 43-101 will tell us? Production costs have everything to do with viability so I think you’re wrong to state that we should not worry about them. It certainly concerns me!
2. What’s your definition of "huge"?
3. Who are the "big guys"?
4. Why would they (the big guys) wait for the reports?
It seems to me you have no numbers or facts to back these statements up. In this dog-eat-dog world the "big guys" don't wait for reports. They have a pretty good idea of what the numbers will be in the 43-101. The "big guys" look for the cheapest and quickest way to takeover potential feed for their mills and hopefully beat their competitors to the punch. That’s pretty straight forward economics and the reality of the mining world. To me, if this project has such huge potential, the "big guys" would have been looking at a takeout when it was hovering around $1.25 and not where it is today, some 45% higher. The 43-101 is not going to add 45% value to the rough estimates so I ask you, would you pay 45% more. The answer is of course no.
So there you have it. Its open to discussion and I'm willing to listen and respond to alternate views, but please put some beef behind your statements and not wild speculative innuendo.
