Two ways you can find it, on=line filings and the last mail-out/circular

Of course the earlier missed agm had a pre-meeting mail out/circular which was dated Dec. 17,2007 and it included the holdings of Allen Mann who at that time edged out Randy Newman for holdings at 3.75% compared to 3.66% ( percentage of common shares) Both of these guys near 2.5 and 2.4 million shares each.

The lists include Newman, Davis, Miller, Padgham, Brugh, Mann

When looking at all of the directors and that possible BOD nominee of old, Mr. Mann, Neman was the "small potatoes" independant director with a listed 20,000 shares (.03% of common shares)

Note that Randy's lot is comprised of Adrea Capital holding 1,797,347 shares in that total.
