I didn't mean to be sugggesting spining off in chunks. My idea is to get a Resource calculation on what has been done to date. As additional targets or areas are proved up then their numbers can be stacked on top of the previous calculations. Each addition should move the SP up.

I agree with you about the size of this and think it is too important a property to think about slicing and dicing.

With as many cores as ISM has, even an announcement indicating an intention to do a resource calculation should get things moving. Something needs to happen to get us out of "stink-bid" territory.
