The company is exploring for nickel deposits on its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario; for nickel-gold-copper on its Cleaver and Douglas properties; and for molybdenum and rare earth elements at recently acquired Desrosiers property.
Taken from the Liberty board where it is off topic. I am bringing them here to the ISM board.
" 1. Why did you remove Buxom1's post informing shareholders of the latest ISM insider transactions?" I don't even recall the post and if it were an issue, why have I got a link to the insider trading site in the links library.
"2. Why didn't you post today's news release concerning the increase of warrants?" I didn't post the "news" because it was simply a correction to the last news. If you think it is interpreted as a bd thing to be hidden you are wrong. All news shows up here within the hour of release under the "press release" pulldown at left.
"3. When do YOU think ISM will issue a 43-101?" I think we will see it when they are good and ready. It's all about proving up the resource. I don't think they want to fritter away that type of money before it's time to do so.
"4. Has Darcel EVER picked a winning stock? If so, please name it." I am not sure. However I like that he has picked ISM. Setting a "current target" of $16.50 back in Nov 2007 may have been a little optimistic. I would be curious to see where we are Nov 2008 though? Or better yet when a NI 43-101 is released
I don't think he is a fish out of water though. Here's a blurb I found on him that is a couple years old.
"Jim's most recent experience included structure and analysis of a $1.2 billion public insurance company investment portfolio. Prior to this Jim was an advisor with CFG Futures Canada, Investment Counsel and Portfolio Manager at D.V. McQueen Ltd where he advised and recommended equity and fixed-income investments and strategies and an Investment Policy Analyst at Loring Ward Investment Council where he actively planned portfolio asset mix rebalancing. Jim began his career at the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) in 1986 where he was progressively promoted to Index Manager and Senior Administrator of Derivative Markets. Jim's extensive education began by graduating with a Bachelors degree from the University of Manitoba in 1985. He earned the designation of 'FCSI' (Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute) in 1987, was granted the right to use the 'CFA' charter (Chartered Financial Analyst) in 1994 and earned the 'CIM' designation (Canadian Investment Management) in 1995."
His time at eResearch was valuable as part of their research team as well. http://www.eresearch.ca/_report/Corp...
"James Darcel, CFA: Jim Darcel has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, including several years at the Toronto Stock Exchange, as an investment counsellor, portfolio manager, financial analyst and consultant. He has prepared several independent investment research reports on natural resource exploration companies based in Canada and abroad. More recently, he focussed on the energy sector with Regenesis Capital Management Inc. of Toronto."
"5. If ISM is indeed worth 32.00 per share as I keep reading on your forum, then do you agree that LBE must be worth 500.00 per share?"
I don't make forecasts and or price predictions for ISM SP. That is what Quagmire has done and maybe he will discuss the math with you. I can say that if history and past trading is any indication what is it that will leapfrog LBE over ISM as described by you? Can you explain the proportions? I do know that markets have set a higher market cap for ISM in the last two years by comparison. Apples and oranges? Producer versus explorer? Various degrees of speculation?
Cheers
