Allen hold more shares than Randy Miller, who rings in at 2,467,127 shaes or 3.66% of common shares. Of these 1,796,347 are owned by Adrea Capital, a private company in BC owned and /or controlled by Randy Miller, and 100,000 shares are owned by Randy's wife Elaine Miller.
