Actually thanks for clarifying Liberty. I have re-read the post and expanation to Quagmire and I understand the subtle difference in rank.

I apologize for my confusion. It is my own misunderstanding in that I assume when someone is ranked as "president" they are naturally a hub leader of their "home forum" as I might call it

I was wrong in my assumption and I am sure Agora will clarify this as well.
