Yes they are. And the resource estimate for Capire and Aurora 1 speak volumes:

7.2 millon ounces of Ag

94.3 million pounds of Zn

38.8 million pounds of Pb

Good prices for the zinc and lead should make the silver free.

I am really impressed that they brought the Noche Buena mine from discovery on January 2009 to proposed production April 2010. This is a sign of a company that really has their act together. I expect the market will even greater notice of their actions in the future.
