This quote from the prez today makes direct reference to the points that have recently been discussed here:

"This drilling success is rapidly growing this zone and nearby zones to where we are now looking at the Chivo area as a second major mining hub in the district. With the huge land package we control and the exploration successes we are having throughout the area, we envision a future with multiple mining and processing centres spread over the entire district." - ENDQUOTE

I think the above is a very clear indication that the new mill will be set up near El Chivo. And the ore grades they are coming up with from that new mine are very good.
