APS should formally respond but my understanding as a longtime shareholder is that SI sold his shares in order to exercise the millions of warrants he had, which in turn gave him his shares back and put most of the $4.5M into IP's coffers. Where else would the money come from. They did a couple of news releases on the topic but didnt name SI explicitly. Read between the lines....SI had the warrants, SI sold his cheap shares, now the IP bank account is full, because warrants were exercised and SI has his shares back.
