Romarco Minerals (OTCPK:RTRAF) is advancing the Haile Gold Mine to initial production by late 2016, with construction beginning in April of 2015. The 4.8 million ounce gold deposit is fully-permitted and fully-financed to production and boasts high-grades and low-operating costs once it does get to production.
