HIGHBANK COMPLETES LOAN/BONUS SHARES AGREEMENTS

Further to the news releases of Feb. 22 and 25, 2017, and the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated March 7, 2017, Highbank Resources Ltd. has completed the loan/bonus-share transaction.

The total of $70,500 in loan agreements has been accepted for filing, and the company has issued 282,000 bonus common shares, at a deemed price of five cents per share. The shares are restricted from trading until July 7, 2017.
