Yes, there has been no snow on the ground for awhile now.

Daily time temperatures range from plus 5-7 at night and 8-12 during the day.

Inland where Highbank's property is may very and be a little higher, lots of rainy days though.

To what I understand all equipment is up and running.

Should be a news release coming soon maybe at the end of this week.
