West Fraser Concrete has a second operations in Prince Rupert at 141 Hast Road just off of Kaien Road.

Highbank has a 150,000 ton order with them.

A New player also moved in just recently at 420 Kaien Road, a private family owned business called Burnco Corporate, they are also in the cement business and are very large.

They will be setting up operations and are just about 1 minute away from West Fraser.

A family business based in Calgary, BURNCO produces high quality aggregates, paving asphalt and ready mix concrete and also operates a network of retail landscape centres.

Burnco has also been in a buying spree lately.

To what I understand they have also made a visit to Highbanks Swamp Point Aggregate Operations.
