I just talked Greg on the phone because I wanted to ask about the selling price of the 150,000 ton order. The reason for that was because on the website they have used different figures on their cash flow projections for 2014 and 2015. For 2014 it says $26.50 per ton. For 2015 it says $34 per ton. Greg said that order was originally priced at $22 per ton for 100,000 tons. When the order was increased to 150,000 tons the price was increased to $26.50 per ton.

I asked if the $34 used for the 2015 cash flow projections was still a good number for me to work with. Greg said it is a low figure and that some orders may be priced much higher.

In that projection they estimate total sales of 810,000 tons in 2015. The first couple of months at a rate of 45,000 tons per month (1,500 tons per day). Gary told me earlier this week that with the equipment that they have on site they will be able to process 3,000 tons per day (90,000 tons per month). The projection uses that rate for the last 3 months of the year. So, assuming that they have reached the 90,000 tons per month maximum by the end of 2015 then full production for 2016 would be 1.08 million tons.

At a little more than 1 million tons per year they will have work for 15 years on the licensed area and another 17 years on the extension area if approved.

Greg said 2015 will be a very good year for HBK. I wouldn't expect him to say anything else but he did sound excited when talking of certain projects that are starting to take shape in the area. "They all need rock", he said.
