A very good Post, I agree with you, nothing has really changed with Highbank, they have not lost anything other then a pause in delivering of the aggregate for a couple of months which gives Highbank time to continue site preparation.

And yes signing of a Multi Million Tonne order of aggregate would set things of nicely.

I'am sure this is just one in many to come in the next couple of years.
