I'm not to sure what you mean by a neutral news release.

Highbank has been giving updates on a regular basis on just about everthing from signing agreements with the First Nation Groups, receiving Permits from the B.C. Government, site preperation, equipment being installed, and the list goes on etc etc etc., these would be considered major milestones in my books.

I believe that this news release is more than just a neutral news release and much greater then the above major accomplishments.

Highbank has not HALTED the stock in the past that I'm aware of, so I feel that this will be more then the above.
