Toronto, ON, January 3, 2014-Moag Copper Gold Resources Inc. (CNSX:MOG) announced on December 23, 2013 that the Company has filed a Notice of Civil Claim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in action number S-139544, Vancouver Registry, seeking damages for breach of contract against Highbank Resources Ltd.

As the facts and matters in the Notice of Civil Claim are now before the courts, The Company will not be commenting on those facts or matters to the public. The court file is available for public access. Notice will be given of the trial date in due course.
